PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the post-treatment of a gate part, to prevent the generation of a gate trace in a molding, and to mold a molding excellent in quality by preventing defective molding such as the shortage of packing. SOLUTION: In a cold runner type mold device in which a cavity 23 for injection molding and a runner 24 are formed between a fixed mold 21 and a movable mold 22, a gate is made to be a tunnel gate 28 formed in the movable mold 22. An open surface 28a to the cavity 23 in the tunnel gate 28 is formed to be slender. A gate opening/closing body 31 is formed in the movable mold 22, and after a resin is packed in the cavity 23, the gate opening/closing body 31 is inserted into the cavity 23. In this way, the tunnel gate 28 is closed, and the rein in the cavity 23 is compressed.
