PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet allowing the fluorescent ink of a transfer sheet to be transferred favorably to an accepting sheet without lowering release performance even after an elapse of time as well as at an early stage and in the case a release ink layer is formed. SOLUTION: In this sheet, at least on the predetermined part of the surface of a base material, the release ink layer, which is formed with a release ink containing an ultraviolet curing type silicone resin and a photopolymerization intiator and not containing silicone oil, is provided and, in addition, a fluorescent ink layer is provided onto the release ink layer under the condition that the release ink layer is excellent in the release performance and improves the transferability of the fluorescent ink.
