PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve drying performance by efficiently performing the dehumidification in drying operation. SOLUTION: A small amount of water is supplied into a warm air circulating passage 12 from a water-supply selector valve 21 through a water passage 22 in drying operation to water-cooling and dehumidifying the warm air flowing in the warm air circulating passage 12. In this case, the water-cooling dehumidification is not executed when a drying process is in a remaining heat period, and the water-cool dehumidification is executed to the end of the drying when a constant rate period is started.
