PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modified polyphenylene ether resin (modified PPE resin) wherein both of two opposite characteristics, which are impact resistance and a favorable grinding property, are jointly provided. SOLUTION: This multi-layer sheet is constituted by integrating two layers of the modified PPE resin. In this case, one layer of the two layers contains an elastomer by a specified ratio, and the other layer does not contain the elastomer, or of which the elastomer-containing ratio is set to be lower than that of the first layer. For another constitution, the multi-layer sheet made of the thermoplastic resin is constituted by integrating three layers of the modified PPE resin. In this case, the central layer of the three layers contains the elastomer by the specified ratio. The surface layer and the rear surface layer do not contain the elastomer, or of which the elastomer-containing ratio is set to be lower than that of the central layer. The integration of the two layers or the three layers can be realized by co-extrusion-molding.
