PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for generating vertual movement toward on optional direction, lessening the limitations in the vertual movement distance without enlarging the apparatus. SOLUTION: The apparatus is a movement generating apparatus for generating the movement in an object in order to give the movement to a user of the object and comprises a plurality of eccentric motors 130 arranged in a manner whose driving shafts are positioned in different directions each other and movement control means 102 for generating movement toward any optional axial direction by driving the motors 103 cooperatively with one another while controlling the angular speeds in relation to the rotation angles of the eccentric motors 103.
