PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the weld burr generated by welding a case and a cover from getting mixed in the internal space of the case. SOLUTION: The internal side gaps S1 and S2 are positioned on the side of the speed reducer housing part 10b of welded parts 10Y and 20Y among the gaps between the inner peripheral surface 10c of the case 10 and the outer peripheral surface 20a of the cover 20, and are formed into a shape surrounding the weld burr B extending from the welded parts 10Y and 20Y. By this constitution, even when the weld burr B falls off from the welded parts 10Y and 20Y, the fallen-off weld burr B is sealed in the internal side gaps S1 and S2. Therefore, the weld burr B can be prevented from getting mixed in the internal space 10b.
