PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite cement concrete product made of different materials firmly integrated with each other, which is excellent in weather resistance and free from brittleness caused by a snow-thawing agent, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: (1) A core-shell structured composite cement concrete product is made by integrating and coating a resin concrete layer constituting a shell on the outside of a cement concrete molded product constituting a core via a component which disappears after molding. (2) A method for manufacturing the (1)-stated composite cement concrete product comprises the steps of setting a core made of the component disappearing after molding, around a secondary metal inner mold, setting this in the primary metal mold for outer-shell molding, casting resin concrete between the secondary metal inner mold-core set and the primary metal mold for outer-shell molding, releasing the molding after curing to obtain an outer-shell molded product of the resin concrete layer constituting a shell, setting the outer-shell molded product in a guide metal mold, casting cement concrete constituting the core into an inside a hollow part of the outer-shell molded product, and releasing the mold is after curing.
