SOLUTION: Between a dried prepreg impregnated with an insulating resin composition of a relatively inexpensive epoxy resin etc., and metal foil, a dried prepreg impregnated with an insulating resin composition having dielectric properties superior to those of the resin composition is heat-molded to produce the metal-clad laminate.
