SOLUTION: The knitting yarn 2 is introduced at a prescribed speed between the recessed groove 4a of a drive roll 4 rotated at a prescribed speed in the state where it is partially dipped in the impregnating solution A to be impregnated in the knitting yarn 2 and a driven roll 5 provided above the drive roll 4, and the impregnating solution A adhered to the drive roll 4 is impregnated in the knitting yarn 2 while pressing the knitting yarn 2 by the driven roll 5. Accordingly, the knitting yarn 2 can be uniformly impregnated with the impregnating solution A, and the quality can be improved and stabilized.
