PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overlapped structure of a part capable of improving the appearance quality by preventing a clearance due to a raise between ends of a plurality of interior parts forming an overlapped part and reduce the part cost by reducing a part quantity. SOLUTION: In this overlapped structure of the part overlapping mutually an end part of a plurality of interior parts on a dash side panel of a car body, the overlapped part is comprised of a lower part 2a of an instrument panel 2 which is an end part of a first interior part arranged inside and an upper part 4a of a dash side trim 4 which is a second interior part provided with a bending piece 3 overlapped on the lower end part 2a of the instrument panel 2, a rib 12 is attached to the back of the upper end part of the bash side trim and a clearance 13 is formed between the rib 12 and the bending piece 3, and the lower end part 2a of the instrument panel 2 is inserted into the clearance.
