PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily describe a large circle, a small circle, a thick circle and a thin circle, without slippage of a needle of a compass. SOLUTION: A horizontal rod having a writing implement is fitted to the fore end of a rod for fixing on a writing surface, and the circle is described by rotating the horizontal rod horizontally above the writing surface.
