PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastener by which an operating member can be locked and released only by applying a force in one direction on the operating member. SOLUTION: The fastener 10 is constituted by providing the operating member 12 supported by a base 11, a press member 13 which is provided in such a way that it can be separated and approach to the face of the base 11 by movement of this operating member 12 and a locking means 15 for locking the operating member 12 when this press member 13 is set at a fastening position. The operating member 12 is provided with the first operating region 50 and the second operating region 51 and when the first operating region 50 is pressed toward the face of the base 11, the operating member 12 is locked to hold the press member 13 at the fastening position and when the second operating region 51 is similarly pressed, the locking is released to separate the press member 13 from the base. |
