PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety-belt attachment equipment being free from restrictions on the installation location and enabling the electrical insulation between the above equipment and the section under high pressure such as a transformer or the like to be secured. SOLUTION: The safety-belt attachment equipment has an attachment equipment body 20 and a pole mechanism 21, which is mounted on the above equipment body elastically. A guide rail 36 is arranged on the attachment equipment body 20 and it has a guide rail section 62 extending in an upper direction, a connection slot 64 extending in a hoop direction from the guide rail section 62 and a stop slot 66 extending in a lower direction from the connection slot 64. A stop pin 40, which moves along the above guide rail 36, is installed in the pole mechanism 21. When the pole mechanism 21 is lifted in an upper direction to rotate in a given direction before lowering it bachward, the stop pin 40 moves along the guide rail section 62 and connection slot 64 of the guide rail 36 to stop at the stop slot 66. This enables the pole mechanism 21 to be maintained in an elastic condition.
