PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a pneumatic tire unit for front and rear wheels, its mounting method, and a vehicle mounted with the same, capable of improving braking performance without deteriorating steering stability on the wet and slippery road surface. SOLUTION: A front wheel pneumatic tire requiring greater braking force is improved in mu(μ) by making pattern rigidity of the front wheel pneumatic tire to be greatly acted on by load W greater than the pattern rigidity of the rear wheel pneumatic tire relatively less acted on by the load W, and thereby braking performance of the vehicle is improved. Also, the rear wheel pneumatic tire thereby allowed to be relatively lower in rigidity enables increase in edge components and groove part area of the rear wheel pneumatic tire, which leads to improved drainage in a grounding surface of the rear wheel pneumatic tire. Then steering stability deterioration of the vehicle is prevented.
