PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pull top can connection attachment for a beer server capable of maintaining air-tightness in the pull top can and connecting thereto. SOLUTION: An elastically mobile pawl 32 and an adhesive seal 33 are provided in a base plate part 31 of a connection attachment 30 in which a connection port 31A is projected on the upper face and a fixing engagement pawl 31B is projected on the lower face. A winding-fastening part 22C of the periphery of an upper lid 22A is pinched is pinched by the fixing engagement pawl 31B and the elastically mobile pawl 32 and engaged with the upper part of a pull top can 22. The adhesive seal 33 is brought into press contact with the upper lid 22A, as a result, an opening part 22B is air-tightly communicated with the connection port 31A and mounted thereto.
