METHOD FOR PREVENTING INK VISCOSITY RISE IN PRINTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an ink viscosity rise in an ink reservoir of a corrugated fiberboard printer. SOLUTION: A method for preventing the ink viscosity rise in the printer is executed in the ink reservoir 11 formed between a form roller 1 and a squeezing roller 2. The method comprises the steps of supplying the ink of a set amount from an ink supply/recovery nozzle 4 to the reservoir 11, generating a flow of the ink to the reservoir 11 by recovering and supplying the ink by the nozzle and moving the nozzle, and supplementing a suitable amount of a thinning liquid.
