PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate material which is lightweight, highly rigid and dimensionally stable. SOLUTION: A mixed fibrous layer 2 is bonded to both faces or a side face of a honeycomb-structured platy base material 1. Rigidity and non-shrinkability are added to the mixed fibrous layer 2 by a bamboo fiber.
