PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an activation tool capable of readily releasing a sticking state of a spool that works as a changeover valve, which tool is capable of exerting a pushing motion against the spool without removing a cap when the spool gets into a sticking state. SOLUTION: The changeover valve function includes a spool 28 slidably mounted inside a through hole 23a and stop members 25, 25 disposed at both sides of the through hole 23a, limiting a sliding width of the spool 28. They are constructed so that when the spool 28 slides to one side, driven by air supplied to the through hole 23a, the air is supplied into an air chamber 5 through a vent hole communicating with the through hole 23a. A through hole 25a reaching the spool 28 is at least formed in one stop member 25 in order to make it possible that a external pushing force can move the spool 28 to one side.
