PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a tomographic image including the axial line of a puncture needle during a puncture treatment operation by an MRI apparatus to use the same in perioperative monitor and to stably incline the axial line of the puncture needle on the body surface of the head or abdomen at an arbitrary desired accurate angle. SOLUTION: A light emitting element is provided in the vicinity of the free end 27a of the support part 23a of a Y-shaped support 22 and the tomographic image of the MRI apparatus is obtained by the light of the light emitting element. The support part 23a is fitted in a fitting recessed part formed to the mounting part of the large diameter end 43 of a holding member 2 by the expanded part 42 having the projected arcuate outer periphery of the holding member 2 and the cylindrical part 81 of a guide member 3 is inserted into the first attaching hole 41 formed to the connection part of the support 22 and further inserted into the second attaching hole 54 formed to the bottom of the expanded part 42 and attached to the holding member 2 by the locking member of a rubber ring.
