Metal frame for constructing monolithic structural parts made of prefabricated concrete pieces

Re-usable metal frame for constructing monolithic structural parts made of prefabricated sections of reinforced high performance concrete with the aim of: a) achieving optimum perfect fit between parts of the monolithic structure and b) 'industrializing the building process'. The proposed re-usable metal frame (2) is a three-dimensional metal frame which consists of two rectangular metal sheets (1) connected by joins to each other (2) in such a manner than there is an angle S (4) between the two surfaces and one rectangular plate (7) suitably affixed to one metal plate by a suitably elastic material (with zero hardening) so that it can be bent. The main advantages of the proposed metal frame include: a) a significant reduction in the cost of prefabrication, b) a substantive contribution to achieving better fit to neighbouring surfaces resulting in the development of suitably tolerant joins.
