PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To univocally define a participating part in a control system of a printing machine without requiring setting on a substrate of the participating part. SOLUTION: The participating part 1 is connected to a center computer by matching plugs 2, 3 and 4 set thereto with plugs 2', 3' and 4' set to a cable set 8. A galvanic bridge 9 is attached to a spare plug contact of the plug 4'.
