PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably manufacture a mirror surface member having a beautiful mirror surface. SOLUTION: A synthetic resin mirror surface sheet 3, wherein a synthetic resin transparent layer 2 is provided on the surface of a synthetic resin base sheet 1, is laminated to a substrate 4 by a laminating roll 5 to manufacturing the mirror surface member 6. In this manufacturing method, the adhesive 7 comprising a urethane reactive hot-melt adhesive applied to the back surface of the mirror surface sheet 3 is heated to a softening temperature or higher before lamination and the substrate 4 is heated. Thereafter, the mirror surface sheet 3 and the substrate 4 are laminated by the laminating roll 5 to manufacture the mirror surface member 6 having a mirror surface.
