<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a paper container blank for a liquid of a rotary die-cutting system capable of avoiding such trouble as punching refuse, a rupture or the like at the time of punching processing of the blank from a laminated sheet even if a low temperature seal resin layer is used as the innermost layer, and capable of reducing the generation of punching powder such as paper powder or the like. SOLUTION: In a method for punching the blank 20 from the laminated sheet 1 comprising a surface layer 21 of a hot-melt resin layer and a back surface layer 23 of the low temperature seal resin layer; a rotary cutting system wherein a ruling part 10 consisting of a ruling roll 12 having press rules 11 provided thereto in a protruded state, and a cutting blade part 15 consisting of a cutting blade roll 17 having cutting blades 16 provided thereto in a protruded state and an anvil roll 18 forming a pair along with the cutting blade roll, are mutually operated in synchronous relationship to punch the desired blank 20. Second cutting blades 14 are provided to the anvil roll 13 forming a pair along with the ruling roll 12 at the position of a cutting part crossing the flow direction of the punched blank of the laminated sheet at a right angle to apply injury processing and punching processing.</p> |
