PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lessen a burden on users and people in charge, efficiently carry out printing and execute a plurality of printing jobs with a high processing efficiency even when the printing jobs are sequentially generated by enabling setting countermeasures against the case in which a recording medium of a designated size cannot be used in the printing in relation to an imaging apparatus, an imaging method and a computer program. SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus is constituted with a storing part for storing setting information including at least sizes of alternative recording media, and a processing part for automatically changing a size of the alternative recording medium to be used on the basis of the setting information stored in the storing part when the recording medium of the size designated by a printing order cannot be used, and executing the printing order. |
