CONSTITUTION:A base 8 is provided inside the cover 10 of a tank, a partition board of insulating material is fixed, a gap is provided between the side wall of the tank 3 and the partition board, and the aperture part of the partition board 9 is arranged on the lower part of a winding 1. As a result, the insulating gas 5 flows in the tank 3 from a piping 7, passes through the gap between the side wall of the tank 3 and the partition board 9, and it flows in the lower part of the winding 1 Also, as both ends of the partition board 9 are pinched by a guide board 11 fixed to the side wall of the tank 3, the insulating gas 5 does not flow in the space on the side of the wiring l and the core 2 passing both ends of the partition board 9. Besides, as an insulating material is used for the partition board 9, it is unnecessary to provide insulation distance between the partition board 9 and the winding 1.
