<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a processing device for drilling or cutting operation of an automobile plastic bumper which has both general versatility and cost effectiveness. SOLUTION: A device for conducting drilling or cutting operation of different specifications to a coated automobile plastic bumper prior to assembling process is comprised of a carrying in/out portion 3 for receiving bumpers 1 from a carrying-in line 2 keeping a fixed number of the bumpers 1, a delivery portion 4 for performing delivery of bumpers 1 between the carrying in/out portion 3 and a supporting platforms 5, two or more supporting platforms 5, 5 for supporting bumpers 1, and one or more laser processing machines 6, which is arranged at positions of approximately equal distance from each of the supporting platform 5, for performing drilling or cutting process of bumpers 1 held on each of the supporting platforms 5 based on the programming according to types and specifications of bumpers 1.</p> |
