PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide functional corrugated cardboard and a functional sheet suitably formed into a plastic corrugated cardboard box or a packaging sheet excellent in antibacterial.freshness keeping action and used for packaging and transferring perishable foods such as vegetables, fruits or the like. SOLUTION: A fine powder 15 of tourmaline preferably having a particle size of 3μm is added to the whole of a plastic corrugated cardboard material 10 in a ratio of 25 g/m<2> , or a coating layer comprising the fine powder 15 of tourmaline preferably having a particle size of 3μm is provided on the whole of the panel surface part 11 (or 12) or both panel surface parts 11 and 12 of the plastic corrugated cardboard material or a paper corrugated cardboard material, and antibacterial.freshness keeping effect is obtained by the fine powder 15 of tourmaline or the coating layer comprising the fine powder of tourmaline.
