PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for supplying a marking paint reducing the percent defective of the phase mark of a car wheel. SOLUTION: In the method for supplying the marking paint bonded to the transfer surface 17 of a marking fixture 11 forming the phase mark of the car wheel, a series of marking paint supply processes, wherein the carrier sheet 5 intermittently moving on a paint transfer stand 2 is brought into close contact with the follower recessed part 12 provided to the surface of the paint transfer stand 2 to provide a storage groove 12 and the transfer surface 17 of the marking fixture 11 is inserted in the marking paint supplied to the storage groove 12 to bond the marking paint to the transfer surface 17 and the carrier sheet 5 is subsequently moved by predetermined quantity and the storage groove 12 is again formed to the new part of the carrier sheet, are advanced repeatedly. As a result, the marking paint bonded to the transfer surface 17 of the marking fixture 11 for forming the phase mark of the car wheel always becomes the newly supplied marking paint and, therefore, the marking paint in a proper state can be always used to eliminate marking failure.
