PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase output although miniaturization is possible with regard to a hydraulic cylinder device for driving a valve element penetrated by a pin body. SOLUTION: In order to form a gate in the shape of a ring, the element body 121 for opening/closing the gate is made cylindrical, and the pin body 122 penetrates the valve element 121. In the hydraulic cylinder device 131 for driving the valve element 121, the pin body 122 makes a piston 151 penetrate it and fixed the piston 151 to an end face plate 142. In order to fix the valve element 121 to the piston 151, a through hole 170 having a small-diameter part 171 and a large-diameter part 172 is formed in the piston 151. A pair of cylindrical screw bodies 181 and 182 are inserted into the large-diameter part 172, and the flange part 176 of the valve element 121 is held between the screw bodies 181 and 182 and the step surface 173 between the small-diameter part 171 and the large-diameter part 172. The pin body 122 is made to penetrate the screw bodies 181 and 182.
