摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating apparatus capable of stably performing powder coating without coating the inside of a cylindrical material to be by solving the problems of conventional apparatuses that a powder is applied to the inside of the cylindrical material in a method wherein the cylindrical material is inserted in a container to perform powder coating and the amount of the scattered powder fluctuates because of the lumps developed in the powder in the method for scattering the powder with a gear to make the cylindrical material approach the powder and stable coating can not be performed. SOLUTION: The coating apparatus is equipped with a fluid circulating system such that the powder 70 rising through the rising region 13 of the coating apparatus is allowed to overflow an overflow edge 12a to be transferred to a falling region 14 and returned to the rising region 13 by a communication hole 16. A spur gear 15 is partially embedded in the powder 70 of the rising region 13 and the powder is scattered by the spur gear 15 to coat the material to be treated. Since the powder in the rising region 13 is always fluidized by the fluid circulating system, lumps or the like are hard to generate.
