PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make rice mixing work of >=2 kinds of milled rice and unpolished rice possible, the discharge of mixed rice possible and the independent discharge of the milled rice and the unpolished rice possible as well. SOLUTION: The rice mixer is provided with the following; a cylindrical tank body 6, a supply port in the upper part of this tank body 6; a motor 10, a screw trough 18 to compartmentalize the inside of the tank body in a longitudinal direction to a double pipe structure, an umbrella section 20 projecting to the tank body 6 side on the outer peripheral surface of the screw trough 18, a shutter section 24 having an opening/closing function to open and close a discharge port 22 of the tank body in the lower part of the tank body 6, a partition plate 26 to compartmentalize the tank body 6 and the screw trough 18 to at least two in a vertical direction, screws 28 rotated by the motor 10 respectively in the screw trough 18, an aperture 30 for communicating the inside of the screw trough 18 compartmentalized to at least two by the partition plate 26 at the partition plate 26.
