PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic massager which ultrasonically vibrates a stick-shaped horn, wherein a holding section of a case can be handled easily and a lengthwise horn can be easily and directly pressed to the skin of the abdomen, leg, waste, or the like, with less pressing force. SOLUTION: A retaining portion 5a is integrally installed in an expanded section at an end of the lengthwise stick-shaped horn 5. An ultrasonic vibrator 6 is equipped with the retaining portion 5a. A case-shaped holding portion 7 is installed in the retaining portion 5a. A cable 8 is connected with the case- shaped holding portion 7. A lead wire 9 is connected with the cable 8 and ultrasonic vibrator 6, and further, an ultrasonic vibrator 10 is connected with the cable 8.
