PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultraviolet ray irradiating system capable of easily executing a maintenance and having an excellent cooling efficiency. SOLUTION: According to the ultraviolet ray irradiating system 20, an ultraviolet lamp 24 can be efficiently cooled by the cooling air supplied from a supply duct 37. Since a supply and exhaust unit 23 and a lamp unit 22 are individually slid on a rail 21, drawn to the side of a conveying path 12 of a printed matter and can be easily moved in a wide working space, a working efficiency at a maintenance time is improved as compared with a prior art.
