PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fill powder into a powder container at high density for a short time with a simple construction. SOLUTION: A powder filling system 2 comprises a hopper 3 having an auger 6 and a deaerator 5, wherein the deaerator includes a suction hose 9, a deaeration nozzle fitted at an end of the suction hose and a cylinder 11 which moves the deaeration nozzle 10 back and forth, the deaeration nozzle is inserted into the powder container 1 by the cylinder when the powder is filled into the powder container from the hopper, and air contained in the powder filled into the powder container through suction of air from the suction hose is sucked from the deaeration nozzle.
