PURPOSE: A cooling and heating cabinet is provided to achieve refrigeration effect by endothermic function of a thermoelectric module and achieve heating effect by heat-dissipating function. CONSTITUTION: A cooling/heating cabinet comprises a thermoelectric module(10), a cooling unit(20), a heating unit(30), a radiating unit(40), and a control unit(50). If electric current is applied, one side of the thermoelectric module absorbs heat and the other side dissipates heat. The cooling unit comprises a cooling plate(21) installed near a side of the thermoelectric module, a cooling temperature sensor(22) mounted on the cooling plate, and a cooling compartment(23) contacting with a side of the cooling plate. The heating unit comprises a collecting plate(31) installed near the other side of the thermoelectric module, a collecting temperature sensor(32) mounted on a side of the collecting plate, a heat transfer pipe(33) contacting with the collecting plate, a heat sink(34) contacting with the other end of the heat transfer pipe, and a heating temperature sensor(35) mounted on the heat sink. The radiating unit comprises radiating heat pipes(41) contacting with the collecting plate, plural radiating fins(42) horizontally contacting with the other end of the radiating heat pipe, and a blower(43) installed on a side of the radiating fins to radiate heat outside. The control unit is electrically connected with the cooling temperature sensor, the collecting sensor, the heating temperature sensor, the thermoelectric module, and the blower, to receive the sensing signals and control electric sources of the thermoelectric module and the blower.
