he invention relates to devices for wind energy conversion into the electric one and may be used for the production of electric energy. Summary of the invention consists in that the windmill contains an actively reactive wind rotor and Darieus-type blades, placed round the circle of the windmill rotor having a larger radius than the windmill rotor radius, installed onto a common vertical axle, effecting equal rotations of the same direction and forming an integral construction.The result consists in increasing the operation efficiency of the windmill.Claims: 1Fig.: 2
