PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate possibility that the actuator of a switch detecting the insertion of a processing unit and a toner cartridge is deformed or ruptured, and to simplify the shape of the insertion edge part of the processing unit and the toner cartridge so as to facilitate handling. SOLUTION: A projection part for positioning 31 and a linking mechanism 32 required to transmit motive power to a screw mechanism for feeding toner are provided at the edge of the toner cartridge 28. Then, a hole 34 in which the projection part is fit, and a motive power transmitting mechanism 35 linked with the linking mechanism of the toner cartridge so as to transmit the motive power are provided on a frame 33 positioned at the inner part of a device main body 11. The switch 36 for detecting that the toner cartridge is inserted and loaded is provided near the hole on the frame on a side where the projection part projects when it is inserted in the hole, and the actuator 37 of the switch is extended onto the hole so that it may be pressed by the edge of the projection part to be inserted in the hole. |
