<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor circuit capable of keeping the secrecy of data even when data having high secrecy is transmitted between the semiconductor circuit and a semiconductor storage circuit through an external bus. SOLUTION: A SAM chip 408 enciphers data to be written in an external memory 407 through the bus 409 by a scramble key using a predetermined data length as a unit and decodes the data read from the external memory 407 through the bus 409 by the scramble key. When a width of the bus 409 is Nb, the data length is Nc, Nc/Nb=n, and the smallest integer above n is m, data input and output transaction through the bus 409 is performed using m time data input and output transaction as a unit.</p> |
