PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable photoelectric conversion device in which high power-generation efficiency is always obtained by securely suppressing temperature rise of photoelectric transducers even in the daytime of high solar- radiation intensity. SOLUTION: A front cover 12a is arranged on filling material 13 in which solar cells 14 are embedded. Another front cover 12b is arranged on the front cover 12a separating therefrom. The light energy whose wavelength does not contribute to the power generation is absorbed by the air layer that is present between the front covers 12a and 12b.
