PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a printable layer 15 having preferable adhesion property on a substrate 5 made of polycarbonate, polymethyl methacrylate or the like. SOLUTION: The optical information medium has a first substrate 1 which transmits recording light and reproducing light, a recording layer 12 formed on the first substrate 1, a reflection layer formed on the recording layer 12 to reflect the reproducing light, and a second substrate 5 laminated to the reflection layer 13 side, and optically readable signals are recorded by the recording light entering through the substrate 1. A base layer 16 made of a UV-curing resin film is formed on the surface of the second substrate 5, and the printable layer 15 made of a hydrophilic UV-curing resin film in which water-based ink can be fixed is formed on the base layer 16. |
