PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily control the reception operation of a receiving device which receives digital broadcasting signals for redistribution. SOLUTION: Inside private-data (680 bits) secured beforehand inside a TSMF packet as an area arbitrarily usable by a provider providing the digital broadcasting signals for the redistribution, recexver-id [k] (16 bits each) indicating the ID of a receiver for performing reception control and control-status [k] indicating whether or not the reception of the digital broadcasting signals for the redistribution by the receiver having the ID indicated by the receiver-id [k] is permitted are set. In this receiving device, the reception of the digital broadcasting signals is controlled based on the control-status corresponding to its own ID.
