摘要 <p>The present invention introduces systems (11), as well as methods of operating such systems (11), that evaluate movement of a body relative to an environment. According to an exemplary embodiment, the system comprises a sensor (25) and a processor (47). The sensor (25), which is associable with the body, is operable to repeatedly sense accelerative phenomena of the body. The processor (47), which is associated with the sensor (25), is operable to process the sensed accelerative phenomena as a function of at least one accelerative event characteristic. The system (11), and, more particularly, the processor (47) generates state indicia relative the environment, and determines whether the evaluated body movement is within environmental tolerance. In a preferred embodiment, the processor (47) communicates various state indicia to a monitoring controller (805), preferably using at least one of a wired network (800) and a wireless network (810). The monitoring controller (805) cooperates with the processor (47) to remotely monitor the body.</p>
