METAL RESISTORS AND METHOD OF THE SAME

PURPOSE: Metal resistors and a method of the same are provided to improve durability and minimize the size of the resistors. CONSTITUTION: Metal resistors(100) comprise an insulation layer pattern(110), a metal thin film pattern(115), an insulation layer, a lead wire(140), and a protection layer(145). The insulation layer pattern is formed on the substrate. The metal thin film pattern is formed between the insulation patterns. The insulation layer is formed on the insulation layer pattern and the metal thin film pattern. The lead wire is connected to the pad region of the metal thin film pattern. The protection layer is formed on the upside of the lead wire.
