PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the inconvenience of taking a long time for downloading large-capacity information or exclusively occupying a storage area, when buying information from a database by downloading using a portable terminal. SOLUTION: Rather than information being downloaded from an information database to an individual portable information terminal all at once, it is temporarily downloaded to an information vending machine; and a customer goes to the information vending machine designated by himself and copies the information. Accordingly, there is no load put on the portable information terminal becoming, and cost increase due to conducting long interval communication is eliminated.
