PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer information collecting system, capable of easily obtaining the information of many unspecified persons in public and easily generating a customer information database, without manually inputting many information. SOLUTION: The customer information collecting system is provided with a customer information collecting device, a mobile body communication terminal, and a large-size image device providing images and sounds to many unspecified persons connected together via a communication network; an access display control means for displaying the matters accessible to the customer information collecting device from the mobile body communication terminal on the large-size image device; a transmitting means for transmitting a customer information collecting screen for collecting the customer information to the mobile body communication terminal, when it is accessed from the mobile body communication terminal; a receiving means for receiving the customer information transmitted, after being inputted to the customer information collecting screen at the mobile body communication terminal; and a customer information database for storing the received customer information. |
