PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic commerce system, capable of efficiently matching a seller with a buyer over the Internet, enabling them to freely negotiate about commercial conditions, and securing high safety. SOLUTION: This system is provided with an enterprise information database 36 for storing information related to each user enterprise to be related to a specific code; a means of transferring a business negotiation message addressed from a personal computer 14 of the user enterprise, to addressee enterprise to the personal computer 14 of the addressee enterprise, when it is sent; a means of searching the enterprise database 36, when demand for reading credit information related to other enterprises from the personal computer of one user enterprise is sent, and send the credit information on the applicable enterprise to the personal computer 14; and a means to relate information reporting history of business with the other enterprise to the code of each user enterprise, when it is sent from the personal computer 14 of the user enterprise, and register it as part of the credit information in the enterprise information database 36. |
