<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advice providing device which enables a client to freely consult about personal problems (including carrier plan and life plan) and to individually offer highly reliable advice while protecting individual privacy, and an advice providing method in the advice providing device. SOLUTION: The client can consult with an advisor on a dedicated personal page protected by security, that is, on a client inherent page and read advise about his/her consultation, and therefore, this advice providing device is different from e-mail, etc., and can be provided with high security in terms of privacy protection of an individual. Even a person working at a remote place and a busy person daily can freely receive reliable advice with high quality because a dedicated adviser can offer advice by using a network.</p> |
