PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten welding time. SOLUTION: This welding device regulates the length of a wire and press- welds both terminals to a terminal t. The device is provided with chucks 42, having a pressure-welding function, disposed at equal spaces on the periphery of a rotator 41. The terminals of the wire a are held in the order an end A and an end B, on the chucks 42 from a wire length regulating machine 30, in accordance with the intermittent rotation of the rotator 41. The transfer and holding are performed by a rotary arm 34 and a guide 35. The wire terminal is subjected to marking 32 and terminal alignment during the rotation, and at a pressure welding position at the lower end, the terminal of the wire a being pressure-welded to the terminal t. The wire terminals for pressure welding are thus stocked on the rotator 41, so that the wire length regulating operation and the pressure-welding operation can be performed simultaneously, so as to shorten the pressure-welding time.
