TRIMING DEVICE AND TRIMING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trimming method not damaging a product part from clamping in trimming to separate the product from metal sheet and a device for performing the method. SOLUTION: A clamp part holding the inside of the product and a clamp part holding the outside of the product are pulled in the direction of relatively separating to separate the product part and an unnecessary part at a trimming line part. Each clamp part includes a clamp upper part and a clamp lower part as a pair to clamp a metal sheet 110 from upper direction and lower direction with plane holding surfaces of holding parts 121 for holding the same. The clamp upper part of the clamp part holding the inside of the product is provided with a swing mechanism part 123 capable of changing angles of a holding surface to fit the plane holding surface of the holding part to a product surface without pressing the product surface when the clamp gets into contact with the product.
