PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a main circuit from being switched to OFF state before a relay circuit is completely switched to OFF state. SOLUTION: Since the operating direction of an operating member 30 from ON position to OFF position and the subsequent operating direction for disengaging and engaging a plug 20 from and with a case 10 are different from each other, a time difference between the operations of the operating member 30 and the plug 20 is large. Namely, a timing between the OFF operation of the relay circuit by the operation of the operating member 30 and a timing of the subsequent OFF operation of the main circuit by the operation of the plug 20 is deviated largely from each other. Thus the main circuit is prevented from being switched to OFF state before the relay circuit is switched completely to OFF state.
